Marko Jeftic
Marko Jeftic was born in 1983. In 2007, he graduated Film and TV Directing from the Belgrade Faculty of Drama Arts. He has directed six short feature films: “Jedan dan u belom” (One Day in White 2006), “Vreme odluke” (Decision Time – 2005), “Luda noc” (Crazy Night – 2005), “Pismo-glava” (Tails-Heads – 2005), “Ljudi od gipsa” (Plaster People – 2004), “Silom prilika” (Perforce 2003). In the course of his studies, he fell in love with documentary films and started making them. His first documentary film “Vreme za smrt” (Time for Death - 2006) was screened at the Short Metre. For his second documentary film “Bajne vile” (Delightful Fairies – 2008) he was awarded the Grand Prix at the same festival after which followed others. Beside films, Marko Jeftic also directed commercials and music spots. He lives and works in Belgrade and is the member of the Film Artists Association of Serbia.
