Jovan Memedovic was born in Belgrade in 1960. He completed secondary school and graduated from the Faculty of Physical Culture. He has been working as a journalist in the Radio and Television of Serbia for 22 years. He has started in information editorial office in the Belgrade Programme and since from 1992 he has been working as a sports journalist. In 1996 he has started individual projects – half and hour authoring broadcasts titled “Svet lova i ribolova” “The World of Hunting and Fishing” that have evolved to travel records “Sasvim prirodno” (“Absolutely Natural” RTS). In 2007 he got the Serbian Journalists Association award “Laza Kostc” for the report of the year.
