The 56th Belgrade Festival of Short Film Opened
With the placing of Krsto Skanata’s star in front of the Balkan Cinema and the extension of the life achievement award to Mica Milosevic, the 56th Belgrade Festival of Short Film was opened on Monday evening. The Festival was declared open by this year’s recipient of the Life Achievement Award, director and scriptwriter Mica Milosevic. Mr. Milosevic said that the award he received was a sign that his achievements have not “gone with the wind” in today’s culture of oblivion”. The audience was presented the members of the Jury to extend the awards in the domestic and international competitions.
