JURY DECISION ON AWARDED FILMS
56th BELGRADE DOCUMENTARY AND SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
Jury members of the 56th Belgrade Documentary and Short Film Festival in the assembly:
1. Nenad Puhovski, President of the Jury

3. Ari Gold
4. Marko Glušac
5. Marko Jeftić
held the Final session after careful consideration of all films in competition program and unanimously decided to award the following films:
1) Four Festival DIPLOMAS for an individual contribution to films in the National Competition go to:
- For the best camera to cameraman of film Life – Nikola Sekerić
- For the best animation to the Chief Animator of film Enclosed Porch – Jelena Bešir
- For the best editing to editor of film Živan Pujić Jimmy – Nikola Uspenski
- For the best music to composer of film The Br(e)aking Point – Branka Popović
2) THE GOLDEN MEDALS OF BELGRADE and prize in the amount of 1.000,00 euros for each film in the following categories of the National competition program go to:
- FOR THE BEST DOCUMENTARY FILM to director of film
Živan Pujić Jimmy – Ognjen Glavonić
- FOR THE BEST ANIMATED FILM to director of film
Fantasmagorie 2008 – Rastko Ćirić
- FOR THE BEST SHORT FILM to director of film
Between Dream and Dream – Marija Stojnić
- FOR THE BEST EXPERIMENTAL FILM to director of film
Helium – Giuseppe Schettino
- FOR THE DOMESTIC PRODUCTION FOR GROUP OF FILMS to
AFC – Academic Film Centre
3) THE GOLDEN MEDAL OF BELGRADE and prize in the amount of 1.000,00 euros for each film in the following categories of the International competition program go to:
- FOR THE BEST DOCUMENTARY FILM to director of film
A Beautiful Tragedy – David Kinsella
- FOR THE BEST SHORT FILM to director of film
The Yellow Smiley Face – Constantin Popescu
4) THE GOLDEN PLAQUE BELGRADE for the best film of National Competition and the prize in the amount of 2.000,00 euros goes to film:
The Br(e)aking Point by Igor M. Toholj
5) THE GOLDEN PLAQUE BELGRADE for the best film of International Competition and the prize in the amount of 2.000,00 euros goes to film:
Once Upon a Time, There Was Zina by Aleksandar Belobokov
6) GRAND PRIX, Festival statuete and the prize in the amount of 3.000,00 euros for the best film in both competition programs goes to film:
